Mid-week

Midweek

Regular mid-week meetings

Wednesday
7.00pm

Wednesday Prayer meeting/Bible study and other meetings
This is the main midweek meeting for all. It is more informal than the Sunday services and may vary in format.
  • Emmanuel Bible School – once or twice a month we run the Emmanuel Bible School. We look at issues that students would consider at theological college, but explain things in a simple way. This may include aspects of theology, church history or biographical studies on historical characters, as well as other subjects.
  • Missionary meeting every two months, we try to invite missionary organisations or individual missionaries to come and talk about their work
  •  Bible study We may have Bible studies or preaching on some weeks.
There is always a time of prayer included in these midweek meetings.
  • Homegroups (for all the church) - These usually take place on a Wednesday, but groups decide which day and time is best for them in the week. These currently take place once a month in various homes. Their purpose is to connect people; so relationships can be formed, opportunities given to discuss the Bible and  pray together.
If you wish to be part of a Homegroup please speak to the elders.
